Best Starter? Turtwig, Chimchar or Piplup?

What's in your opinion the best starter? For me, Turtwig, it's final evolution is Torterra a Grass/Ground type and can learn some awesome Grass type moves.

I chose Turtwig as my starter. Which now is evolved to Torterra, which is beast in the game. I don't quite know what level it is on but it is great on my team. It also has powerful attacks.
